Why I Like Emily.. from cousin Katy.
I DO like Emily! And I'll tell ya why.. this is gonna
sound kinda goofy-- but my first thought when I think
about being around Emily.. is that Emily is peaceful.
She's calming.. though she has every reason to NOT be
just that. The last time I saw her.. she had 3 very
darling, and very energetic little girls to care for..
was pregnant.. living at her parents with most of her
possessions in storage.. and a husband so far away it
made me cringe. But there she was on my doorstep,
smiling.. adorable.. and peaceful. I haven't gotten to
ber around Emily as much as would be pleasing to me
(living in Logan Utah.. and her globetrotting from
residence to residence.. little tricky to 'hang') but
when I have gotten to.. she is just so easy TO be
around. Just fun and laid-back and loving. Darling, to
be exact. I wish her the happiest 30th year EVER (even
though in my head she should still be 5 years old
playing with Abby.. eating butter or something. Why do
I have the idea you Oscarson girls ate butter
straight??) Love ya girl. Happy happy birthday to YOU!
